**Note: Race Sport Lighting's Technical Team recommends that HID kits are used in place of LED kits in projector housings for a number of reasons
• Projector housings are designed for use with HID style kits, HID kits provide omni-directional light, while LED kits do not, and typically have a hard cutoff resulting in an undesirable light pattern when used in projectors
• The nature of an LED headlight bulb gives the light itself uneven heat distribution, which can overheat in the close confines of a projector setup and cause early failure. Reflector housings offer the breathing room to negate this problem
